Design concept
The Hidden Curva — why nothing here is straight
Sansiri built the project around one idea: curves instead of corridors. The two buildings bend around a pool garden so that most windows look into planting rather than at the opposite façade, and the walkways, pool edges and even the lobby ceiling repeat the same coastal-forest curve. In practice that is what you buy at this price point in Cherng Talay — not a sea view, but a courtyard you actually want to sit in.
- Two buildings, 7 storeys each, on about 5 rai
- 128 units in Building A, 120 in Building B
- Ground-floor units on the pool and garden edges have their own terraces
- Floors 2–3 of Building A are the pet-friendly floors
- Duplexes occupy floors 6–7 only — 12 of them in the whole project

Location
One minute to Porto de Phuket, nine to the sand
The site sits off Soi Cherngtalay 3, just south of the Srisoonthorn Road junction — the middle of Cherng Talay rather than the beach strip. That is the trade-off: you are inside the shops, schools and restaurants, and you drive to the water.

The short case
Why people pick this one
Furnished, in your own name, from ฿6,230,000 — with half the price payable after the building is up.
Full ownership — already in the price
The list is the foreign-quota one: the apartment is registered in your own name, with no surcharge for it. In most projects here that costs extra.
Furnished, down to the towels
Furniture, curtains, appliances, bedding and kitchenware are included. You get the keys and move in — no second budget for the fit-out.
An interest-free instalment plan
30% on the contract and a 20% downpayment, the remaining half at transfer — no bank, no interest.
A developer you can look up
Sansiri has traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as SIRI since 1996 and has been building since 1984. Its previous Cherng Talay condominium is finished and occupied.
The everyday radius is walking distance
Porto de Phuket is a minute away, Boat Avenue and Villa Market four, Bang Tao beach nine.
Its own ground floor, pets included
Lobby, two pools with an open-air onsen, gym, co-working and a fenced pet yard — plus layouts designed for living with an animal.
Straight talk
Who this project is not for
- You want a sea view. No unit here has one. The published views are pool, lake, mountain, inner garden and long pool — the sea is a nine-minute drive away.
- You want to move in soon. EIA approval and the construction permit are still in progress. Construction starts November 2026, completion is expected around May 2028.
- You want a long, flat instalment plan. Half the price is due before completion: 30% on contract and 20% as a one-time downpayment, then 50% at transfer.
- You need parking for certain. Parking is provided for about 50% of the units — 248 residences do not get 248 spaces.
- You are hunting for the cheapest price per m² in Cherng Talay. ฿136,000–฿178,000 per m² is a Sansiri price. You are paying for a listed developer, a furnished handover and a managed building.
One letter apart
Sansiri already has a finished condominium in Cherng Talay — and it is spelled CANVAS
CANVAS Cherngtalay: 175 apartments, finished, about 70% sold, from ฿8,527,000. This project — CANVAZ Palette, with a Z — is the newer and larger one, from ฿6,230,000, two kilometres away. They are not phases of each other.
FAQ
Five questions people ask first
Can a foreigner own a unit at CANVAZ Palette outright?
Yes. The price list released in May 2026 is explicitly the foreigner quota list, which means freehold ownership registered in your own name. Thai law caps foreign freehold at 49% of a condominium’s saleable area, so the quota is finite and allocated first-come.
The one condition that trips people up: the purchase money has to arrive in Thailand from abroad, in foreign currency. The receiving bank then issues a Foreign Exchange Transaction (FET) form, and the Land Office will not register foreign freehold without it.
What does it cost to reserve a unit?
฿100,000 for a one-bedroom and ฿200,000 for a two-bedroom, per the released price list. The deposit is counted towards the 30% contract payment rather than added on top.
When will the building be finished?
The developer states that construction commences in November 2026 and the project is expected to be completed around May 2028, after which the condominium is registered and units transfer. Off-plan schedules in Thailand routinely move; treat May 2028 as the developer’s target, not a guarantee.
Has the project been approved yet?
Not fully. The project is still going through EIA submission and construction permit approval. That is normal at this stage of a Thai condominium launch and it is also the reason the entry price is what it is — you are buying at the earliest and therefore riskiest point in the cycle. Ask to see the approvals before your contract payment falls due.
Who is actually building it?
The brand is Sansiri — Sansiri Public Company Limited, on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as SIRI since 1996 and trading since 1984. The registered project owner is Tirakhun Co., Ltd. (company registration 0105568162483), a project company with ฿50,000,000 registered and paid-up capital as of 7 January 2026. A separate project company is standard practice in Thailand; the brand, design and sales sit with Sansiri.
