Two different ideas of a duplex
The twelve duplexes split into two families that solve the upper level differently. The 2B pair — 2B and 2Bm, 84.75–85.5 m² — keeps bedrooms, bathrooms and a living room with pantry downstairs and puts the dining room and full kitchen upstairs, with a powder room beside it. You cook and eat on the upper level and sleep on the lower one. The 2C family — 2C, 2Cm, 2Cm-1 and 2Cm-2, 100.25–103.5 m² — does the opposite: kitchen and dining stay downstairs next to the master bedroom, and the upper level becomes a second bedroom plus a multi-purpose room, which is the closest thing in this project to a study or a family room.
